	Brandy A young German Shepherd cross we named Brandy was found wandering in North Burlington and handed over to Animal Adoptions. After the normal wait-time he was put up for adoption and he captured the hearts of Anne and Wayne. Their dog Whiskey also needed a friend. I recently received the following note and pictures: Hello Auntie Mary: Wayne and I want to thank you again for our beloved boy. He is the sweetest and most gentle creature. I have told him that he is truly magnificent and he loves to hear that word. His recent illness has very much affected his hearing as well as balance, but we work around and with that. I have been teaching both Brandy and Angel hand signs and they are picking it up quickly. What a joy the past thirteen years have been to have him in our lives. Anne
